I spent four days in Paris with my daughter. She is 13 years old and Paris was on her wishlist for a while. I showed her all the tourist highlights and beautiful places. She loved it and was very impressed. After visiting the Montmartre and the Salvador Dali museum she started drawing and couldn't stop. We walked through the streets of Marais, bought macarons and enjoyed Place the Vosges. Luckily there was enough time to visit some of my favorite shops like
Merci and
Muij. Before we got on the train back to Amsterdam we had a nice lunch at the
Used Book Cafe.
According to my daughter Paris is the most beautiful city in the world. She can't wait to go back!

STEILvolle groet, Wendy
ReplyDeleteLovely post! So great that your daughter was inspired by her trip.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter {5 years old} has a trip to Paris on her wishlist too. I am saving so we can hopefully go in a few years. I live in Australia...
Hi Leah, thank you for your nice comment. If it's possible I would definitely go, Paris is a great city to visit with kids! Australia is on my wishlist ;-)
ReplyDeleteHow fun-lucky girls! :) I like your pics too! Pretty!
ReplyDeleteParis is a pretty magical place have to agree with that ! And have enjoyed having a wee look around your blog - the post with Piet Hein Eek caught my eye - I didn't know he had an actual shop , so that will be on my list to visit. Hope to meet you at the Amsterdam BYW meetup.
ReplyDeleteVery, very, cute - I love it, plus I love Paris!!! Well done, your BYW fellow student:-)
