I am lucky to be the owner of the Notebook Colour Futures 2012 by Flexa - Akzo Nobel. Akzo Nobel is a large paint and coating manufacturer with a mission {add colour to people's lives}. Once a year they invite an international group of creative experts from the fields of design, architecture and fashion to determine the key colour trends for the next year. I want to share these trends with you because I think they are very inspiring.. My personal favourites? Living Scrapbook and Rediscovered Heroes!

There is a {huge} X*mas tree in the living room. It's beautiful and filled with nostalgic, modern and homemade X*mas decorations. The tree was totally up to the kids, so I can concentrate on the details.. :-)

Saana ja Olli is a design duo from Turku, Finland. I love the traditional Finnish patterns on the 100% hemp fabrics {such as pillow covers and bags}, the hand printed cityscape towels, the way of photographing and their love of the environment!
